Help - What is Lid and Base?

Lid and Base refers to a box that has two components - a base that holds the contents and a lid that goes on the base to cover the box. There are no internal partitions in the base. When assembled, the box has one compartment that can be used as an empty space to pack whatever fits inside it. Boxes that are marked as 'Lid and Base' are typically made from two sheets of cardboard.
