Returns are not possible since the products are customized to every individual. Exchanges and replacements are allowed only in cases where a product is received in damaged condition or if a wrong product is received. A request for exchange/replacement should be made within 24 hours of delivery. If a request for exchange/replacement is approved after inspection, the product for exchange/replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Order cancellations are accepted only with 30 minutes of placing the order as it is customized. If an order is cancelled, the refund will be processed and credited to the source of payment within 5-7 days.
