    Q: How does our shipping process work?

Once your order is processed by our system, we print, carefully pack your order and entrust it to one of our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partner then promptly deliver your package to your specified address. If there is a problem with reaching your address or when arranging an appropriate delivery time, they will call you at the number you provided while placing your order to solve the problem.

    Q: Does ZBox ship internationally?

    A: We do ship internationally to certain countries. You can look at the product detail page to find out if the product is shipped internationally.

    Q: How is my order packaged?

    A: All products in your order are carefully first packed in sturdy cardboard that can ensure safe shipping. We then place them in plastic covers and shrink wrap to ensure that they are dust-free and free from moisture.

    Q: How do I track my order?

    A: Once an order is shipped, you receive an email and SMS with a tracking number as well as details of the courier company handling the order. From the 'My Orders' section, you can conveniently track your order. For a guest user, tracking is done through the link sent via either email or SMS. You can also sign up or log in with your email to access order tracking in the 'My Orders' section. We provide periodic SMS updates on your order status as well.

    Q: My order is shown as being shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

    A: If your order states it's shipping in multiple shipments, it only means that different products within your order are shipping in separate packages. Be assured that all items in your order will arrive safely and in a timely manner to you.

    Q: What is the Estimated Delivery time?

    A: Orders received before noon are shipped on the same day, and those received after this time are shipped the next day. Once your order is shipped, express shipping to metro cities usually takes 2-4 days, while standard shipping takes 4-5 days for delivery.
