ZBox was founded by Niraj Mital, a seasoned technologist with over 40 years of experience in the IT industry, who transitioned from building software systems to creating beautifully crafted packaging solutions. His passion for design and creativity found new purpose when he encountered a common but frustrating problem—finding high-quality, customizable gift boxes in small quantities.

While planning a family event, Niraj realized there were very few options available for people who needed thoughtful, personalized packaging without ordering in bulk. This insight led to the creation of ZBox—a platform designed to make custom gift packaging accessible, sustainable, and easy to personalize for everyone, from families and event planners to small businesses and boutique brands.

At ZBox, we combine clean design with smart technology to let customers instantly personalize their gift boxes online. Whether it's 10 boxes or 100, each one is made from food-safe, eco-conscious materials—free from industrial or animal-based glue—and produced with care. Our focus is on low minimums, fast turnaround, and ethical quality that doesn't compromise on aesthetics or affordability.
