ZBox is an intuitive online platform allows you to personalize your box in real-time and instantly preview your creation in 3D before placing your order - what you see is what you'll get. Once your design is finalized, we produce and ship your custom boxes within 24 hours.

Once you place an order, you can cancel it within 30 minutes as it goes into print after that. After 30 minutes, the order cannot be cancelled

Since every print is specific to a customer and is done upon order confirmation, it is not possible for us to allow for returns except in cases where the print or box is defective, the box is not what you ordered or if your order arrives in a damaged condition.
